Will I get a full refund?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the item must be returned within 14 DAYS after the buyer received it. All items must be returned in original condition and in original packaging. I do not refund payment for delivery, only the cost of the product.


If your package mark as ''unclaimed'', I will refund your payment, excluding shipping costs and non-refundable fees.

If you have made a payment and decided to cancel the order while it was already sent to you, you will also be refunded a sum, except the above-mentioned non-refundable postal charge and shipping cost, only after the item has been returned.

Care instructions

Hand washing: Use lukewarm water and a specialist wool detergent. Hair conditioner in the final rinse will add extra softness. When washing and rinsing squeeze the garment rather than rubbing. Gently squeeze out excess water before rolling in a towel. Lay flat to dry.

Washing machines: Modern machines with special wool wash cycles.

DO NOT tumble dry, DO NOT dry clean, DO NOT use bleaching agent

Softness is a high quality in yarn, it gives me pleasure working with it and is a pleasure to wear. Unfortunately, a soft yarn is naturally prone to abrasion and the cost of using it is often pilling or bobbling.
Some of my yarns may pill after time, you can shave (remove) bobbles clean with no damage to the fibres – guaranteeing that your garment
